Who is Dr. Robert (Bob) Beck, D.Sc.?
In 1992, Dr. Beck was a highly respected research physicist-recently retired from his work with government contracts that were often classified, from his own business interests and from his work as a university lecturer. He was known for his leading-edge designs in measuring subtle magnetic fields and extremely low frequency fields. His last research project in the early 1980's that focussed on the brain and altered states of consciousness resulted in the design of the Brain Tuner. This won him an award from the John Fitzer Foundation.
That all changed when he read about a research project at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York city. In March, 1991 Science News magazine gave a brief report that "Zapping the AIDS virus with low-voltage electric current can nearly eliminate its ability to infect human white blood cells cultured in the laboratory ..." Doctors William Lyman and Steven Kaali also presented their research at a symposium. This research piqued Bob Beck's interest but he found only closed doors when he tried to get further information-the paper they presented had been deleted from the symposium report. In 1993, after a patent was filed (US Patent #5,188,738) showing how microcurrents would neutralize pathogens such as viruses and bacteria, he was finally able to get the details. The patent was based on using a medical procedure to remove blood from the body in order to treat it with microcurrents of electricity. He later found this research was a rediscovery as many patents had been filed over the years showing the efficacy of electricity for health.
Dr. Beck applied his genius to come up with a method to pass the necessary microcurrents into blood while it still flowed undisturbed in the body. (To get the FREE plans to build you own devices, click HERE.
Dr. Beck's research is fully described in his latest Workshop Handout entitled "Take Back Your Power". In this detailed report, learn how to build your own electrical devices for health including the blood cleaner, and magnetic pulser.
Dr. Beck built several units to experiment on himself and for friends. Bob eventually re-grew a healthy head of hair and lost his excess weight. This gave him a new lease on life. He also took the initiative to fund a study with two medical doctors who were treating AIDS patients. While each of the patients who stayed with the blood electrification protocol became symptom free, their PCR test results were not consistent. [The PCR test has now been exposed as unreliable and never intended to measure HIV.] The study was discontinued without being published. Word started to spread as Bob and those who regularly met with him over breakfast were getting healthier-avoiding colds and the flu. He gives credit to blood electrification, ionic-colloidal silver and the magnetic pulse generator for his now healthy head of hair. In 1997, Sharing Health From the Heart Inc. was told by one health practitioner that he had known Bob Beck for many years. Having watched the improvement in health in Bob and those around him, he decided there had to be something good about blood electrification.
In addition to blood electrification, Dr. Beck devised a simple method to produce ionic/colloidal silver in the home. This revived interest in an almost forgotten natural antibiotic. The AIDS project brought to his attention the importance of the lymph system and the need to clear pathogens that could easily lay dormant there and later reinfect the blood. The Magnetic Pulse Generator was born to create the necessary microcurrents in the lymph and tissue. He then started lecturing at Health Shows to let others know of his discoveries and experience. He was careful not to sell anything except the information with the schematics to allow others to build their own units.
The Bob Beck designed blood electrifier is a relatively simple mutivibrator circuit that produces a square wave output at 3.92 Hz. The amplitude of the voltage applied and the choice of electrode materials allow for a small current in the 50-100 microampere range to flow in both the Ulnar and Radial arteries located on underside of the forearm just behind the wrists. You can read more information about blood electrification from an article printed in Nexus magazine in 1998. A schematic and parts list for the electrifier can be found HERE. The technical explantion behind the workings of the electrifier and how to apply the technique (along with info about magnetic pulsing, ozone, colloidal silver production, and more) is clearly explained and demonstated on Bob's "Cure Anything Workshop" video which can be found HERE.
Early history and Bio
Beck was born in a small town in Texas January 22, 1925.[5] He grew up during the great depression. Bob's parents were very poor, and so lived with Bob's aunt and uncle, and cousin Lois.[5] His family decided at some point to move to Pasadena, California. Beck may have done well in High School and gotten a scholarship to USC.[5] Or Bob may have felt, as so many did, that California offered opportunity for young, bright people to achieve technological goals and make more money.[5] He took care of his mother until her death, and always spoke very well of her as his "little mother."
In 1943-1947, as a university student, Beck designed and patented the low-voltage electronic strobe flash for cameras that largely replaced the flash bulb and got enough money from his employer for that to pay for his doctorate year at USC.[5] The invention made a lot of money for his employer.
For his first job at Lockheed(Sandia) in the San Fernando Valley, CA, Bob consummed a good helping of Glutamine to make his IQ higher, impressed the hell out of them, and made quite a good starting salary. Bob claimed his IQ measured 180 for the test.
He owned several other patents involving electro-optical systems.
One of the things Bob did in Los Angeles was to put on a Laser light show at the Griffith Park Planetarium. Many people did not realize that it was run by Bob.
Bob had seriously bad knees, and had a long illness which kept him in bed for a long period of time. That weaken his knees further. At one time Bob weighed about 265 pounds and could bearly fit in an airline seat, and had to use a seat-belt extension just to fasten it around himself.
Bob Beck was widely known for his instrumentation of altered states in brain research, his development of medical electrostimulators, and his investigation of Tesla electromagnetics.
He had been a consultant to Sandia Corporation, The US Navy Office of Surface Weaponry on the subject of E.L.F. detection, and was a Senior Staff Scientist at Eyring Research Institute. He was Acting Chief of Radiological Defense, OCD, in Los Angeles from 1958 through 1963. He designed and built magnetometers for the Navy. He had also been a senior lecturer in the graduate school, University of Southern California. In 1969, Beck founded the Monitor Electronics Research Corporation and the Alpha-Metrics Company for the manufacturing of EEG biofeedback instruments.[6]
Beck served on the Board of Directors of the U.S. Psychotronics Association for seven years and was their National President for three consecutive terms. He was co-chairman of the Los Angeles USPA and has been a professional member of the Audio Engineering Society, the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers, the Biological Photographers Association and other organizations.[6]
In 1982, he developed the "Brain Tuner" machine, which purportedly uses a form of CES Cranial electrotherapy stimulation.[7][8] Research using the Brain Tuner is mentioned in several popular culture, new age, and alternative medicine books.[6]
Bob Beck was the recipient of international awards for Science and Electromedicine including: Unprecedented two time winner of the J.G. Gallimore award for scientific achievement from the U.S. Psychotronics Association-the latest in 1998 and the John Fetzer Foundation pioneering award in 1990. In addition, Beck had an extensive speaking background-health shows, Global Science conferences, the Granada Forum, universities and colleges. He was interviewed on several television and radio shows.[9]
For quite some time Beck was a professional photo journalist, and was the owner of Color-Lab, a photography studio in Hollywood.
1960 - 2002 Research Activities
Robert C. Beck, a student of Nikola Tesla's AC electricity and pulsed DC current radient / vacuum energy experiments, reconstructed and investigated the Georges Lakhovsky[10] Multiple Wave Oscillator (MWO), the Royal Raymond Rife machine, Hulda Regehr Clark zapper, and numerous other devices that he said in large part did not fully and satisfactorily operate as declared by their inventors.[2] Beck was acknowledged as having provided valuable advice to Dr. Peter A. Lindemann, D.Sc. Physics, in the development and publication of Lindemann's book and video both entitled "Free Energy Secrets of Cold Electricity" that deals with the pulsed DC current radient / vacuum energy experiments of Nikola Tesla and how they related to the works of the free energy inventor Edwin Vincent Gray (1923-1989). Lindemann in 2000 or so was working with noted energy from the vacuum / over unity experimentors, and scientists John Bedini, and Thomas E. Bearden (Masters Physics). Lindemann and Beck wanted to publicize the environmental benefits of the EV Gray motor, along with numerous radient energy from the vacuum battery energizing machines that Gray had demonstrated and patented between 1970 and 1993. Cited numerous times in Lindemann's information was the book "Secrets of Cold War Technology -- Project HAARP and Beyond" by Gerry Vassilatos that outlined key points about Tesla's experimental investigative work with cold electricity, spark quenching via hot air, magnetic fields, transformer coupling of radient energy event output, and so on.
One of Robert Beck's latest focuses of interest was in so-called blood electrification. This medical procedure was investigated by other medical scientists in Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York City, performing research on AIDS in 1990-91 where it was found that in-vitro AIDS (and possibly other pathogens) were virtually rendered inert by passing microAmpere currents through drawn samples of infected blood.[11][12][13][14][15] The researchers applied for and received a US patent[16][17][18][19][20][21] for devices and procedures based on their findings. A similar patent was also awarded to others afterwards.[22][23][24]
It must be clearly pointed out that the Kaali patent application references and cites a prior US patent #592735 "Apparatus For Electrically Treating Liquids" October 1897. [25][26]
Dr. Bob Beck reviewed the blood electrification-related patents and determined that an electronic machine external to a person's body could be used to electrify their blood through electrodes placed on the surface of the skin above various arteries. He openly published the schematic circuit diagrams[27][28] without patenting the concepts, and later, several manufacturers began making the machines for sale to the public as educational / experimental apparatus to be used under the supervision of a medical doctor and homeopathic practitioner.
The Beck Protocol
In the last decade of his life, Bob used the blood electrification treatment on himself, wrote articles, and lectured about his findings. He constructed what has become known as "The Beck Protocol"[1][2] that consists of a list of recommended procedures, and devices for members of the interested public (ad-hoc scientific researchers) to follow in order to attempt 'cleanse' the body's blood and lymphatic system of virtually all viruses, fungi, and bacterial infections.
The goal of "the Beck Protocol" is to rid the body of pathogens to reduce the stresses these cause and thereby bolster the body's own immune system so that it can better combat other disease.
The reason that members of the public MUST be deemed "scientific / medical researchers" is that the FDA, AMA, and FTC authorities in the USA do not permit the use of such unapproved medical devices on patients. As such you must be an M.D. or a medical researcher who custom constructs such equipment per patient or uses such devices on themselves. If you were to use such a device on another person, the AMA would consider you to have broken two US laws--practicing medicine without a license, and providing medical treatment with an unapproved medical device.
One item that he did stress in a video lecture[2] was that blood electrification involved weak electroporation. This effect causes an increase in blood cell membrane permeability that increased absorption of nutrients present such as other medications and herbs taken by the patient, thereby multiplying by as much as 10 to 20 fold their effects. In order to shift from one treatment (conventional medical treatments) to this "Beck Protocol," it was recommended that the patient be very cautious in monitoring its introduction into their lifestyle. For certain types of transition, 3 weeks was one of the recommended transition times.
From the Dr. Bob Beck Protocol lecture from Ventura College:
One of the most important papers that we came across in our research was in the Journal of Cellular Biochemistry 1993, volume 51, pages 426 - 435[29] Described by James C. Weaver Senior Research Scientist, Biomedical Engineering Center Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology, MIT Cambridge Mass. describing when you get this kind of electrification electroporation happened. And whatever was in your blood plasma went directly into the cells. That means whatever is mildly toxic like Vitamin A, Vitamin D, beta carotene, niacin, caffeine , nicotine, and many other things, will poison you![2][1]
According to Bob Beck, the plant herb garlic contains Sulphone (US sulfone) hydroxyl and that this ion penetrates the blood-brain barrier infecting the corpus callosum. The corpus callosum connects the left and right halves of the brain. In the case of severe epilepsy, surgery is performed to disconnect the two brain hemispheres to reduce the incidence of grand-mall seizures.[30] According to Bob Beck when taken just prior to treatment due to weak electroporation absorption during blood electrification, garlic would kill millions of brain cells, and would de-synchronize the left and right brains waves. Beck claimed that garlic combined with his protocol was potentially deadly. Though garlics toxicity is normally very low, garlic is considered safe by most scientists.[31] Vitamin A is considered toxic in higher doses but is an essential nutrient and deficiency can cause eye problems.[32] Niacin and beta carotene toxicity are also fairly rare. Other herbs were also listed in his detailed literature, but not specifically outlined in his video lecture.
Cleansing the blood alone Beck states is not sufficient. Many pathogens Beck claimed can lay dormant for as long as 5 years in the lymphatic system. For specific treatment of all the body's components not cleansed via the blood circulatory system, a 40+ kiloGauss millisecond-duration magnetic field pulsing circuit[33][34][35][36] is recommended that will penetrate down to 4 inches (10 cm) below the surface of the skin and induce currents in the lymph system and other similar tissues. For years it was known that pulsed magnetic fields are able to attenuate pathogenic causes of disease, and a patent for such devices was issued[37] entitled "Deactivation of Microorganisms by an Oscillating Magnetic Field."
"A single pulse of the magnetic field generally decreases the microorganism population by at least about 2 orders of magnitude"[37] (100 times less).
A patent was filed May 1984, was awarded in May 1987 where the claims were validated regarding "Malignancy treatment".[38] This cancer treatment patent claim had to prove that its claims were true prior to the patent being awarded. The effective treatment against malignancy (cancer) uses multiple pulsed magnetic fields using electromagnet(s).[38]
Veterinarians have been using these magnetic pulser devices on the joints and bones of race horses for years.[39][40][41] Several articles have been compiled from English language sources or translated from Italian, German, etc., on a veterinary web site. [42] AMA Science web site has kept on file an email message citing various forms of pulsed magnetic therapies being used by race horse trainers and veterinarians.[43] More recently all forms of pets have been given the therapy, even for conditions such as strokes in dogs.[44]
The degree of toxin extractions can often be acute so that the patient undergoing the treatment must drink large enough quantities of water to flush them all out. Beck's Protocol calls for the drinking of colloidal silver water and Ozone (O3-) ionized water to flush the waste through the kidneys. The O3- (if consumed and not inhaled) is claimed to significantly and measurably increase blood O2 as verified by an O2 blood saturation meter.
Bob Beck was sponsoring research by providing several California hospitals with his apparatus for free to institute and study "The Beck Protocol."[2] He even replenished the battery supplies. In return he requested that patients consent to Bob Beck receiving a copy of the patient's before and after AIDS PCR Test (Polymerase chain reaction Test) results. At the times of a couple of his video lectures, Bob was in possession of about 2,000 such case histories that were said to have stacked up to about 1 foot high in thickness.[2]
Bob took a sample of about 10 such PCR Test results of patients who had consented to have their information released into the public with him to the lectures, however, Bob had signed confidentiality statement the he would not release such information, so would only show medical practitioners (M.D.s and nurses) such case history results.[2] Bob stated that the only unsuccessful case was one where the testing lab would not believe the results, believing that the patient's name was faked, or the blood samples switched with that of a healthy individual because the lab insisted that there was no cure for HIV AIDS, and the second test could not be true.[2]
Controversies
Many diseases are caused not by pathogens. For example, cancer due to ionizing radiation exposure, failure of a vital organ, hormone imbalance, chemical poisoning, or malnutrition. Beck's protocol primarily addresses pathogenic diseases and so would not be as effective against these other diseases.
Many of Beck's scientific assertions and discoveries have been disputed including his electromagnetic therapy devices which have never been scientifically proven effective in the treatment of disease,[45] however this American Cancer Society (ACS) article contains numrous mistakes, is based on older 1994 information that also contains mistakes, and its scope of application concerns only cancer treatment, for example:
1. The combination therapies of the complete "Beck Protocol" are never addressed as such.
2. The article authors address a different category of electronic machine (H. Clark-like) as it applies specifically to cancer.
3. The blood electrification machine is NOT addressed as a blood purifier, but only a "Rife"-frequency radionics device targeting cancer which is not its specified purpose.
4. Authors offer no scientific experimental evidence, nor provide any laws of physics or biochemistry against any of the electronic devices that are supported elsewhere by thousands of anecdotal supporting cases.
5. No author's names are provided, nor their credentials presented, so these can be weighed regarding their supposed expertise on many of the unsupported opinions that they express in the article.
6. The ACS article relies in part on a 1994 CA-A Cancer Journal for Clinicians article that is identically flawed having no scientific supporting evidence, no authors names given, no author's credentials given, and is based on selected older 1994 and prior information.
7. Pulsed magnetic field devices are FDA medically approved for human clinical treatment of bone fracture non-unions, and Cell Proliferation Induction® (CPI®) used to regenerate soft tissues in the human body such as skin, nerves, muscle and cartilage.[46][47][48][49] They are still regarded by this ACS article as quackery. Any devices that are not approved specifically for "cancer treatments" are treated by this ACS article as such.
That the "Beck Protocol" has been proven by scientific double blind clinical study on humans, such a study has never known to have been published.
If pharmaceutical companies fund such studies, the positive results are likely to be suppressed.[50][51][52] On the other hand, if the pharmaceutical companies or AMA or FDA had studies proving the "protocol" ineffective, that study would be well publicized (so that conventional allopathic medical treatment would be pursued by patients exclusively).
The AMA, or US FDA have not published clinical study results either subsequent to the "blood electrification" process being rediscovered in 1990, and that the original US patent #592735: "Apparatus For Electrically Treating Liquids" October 1897[25] is over a century old.
A paper recently published in Alternative Therapy and Health Medicine claimed quality of life improvements for MS sufferers after electromagnetic therapy.[53] Two studies have shown improvements in patients with arthritis pain.[54][55]
Pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMFs) are routinely used to aid bone fusion in surgery, [56] however, the mechanisms by which this technique works are not magic, and have been established by the scientific method.
This bone fusion medical treatment was studied in the 1960s and 1970s by Dr. Robert O. Becker MD., PhD, Chief of Orthopedic Surgery at the Syracuse VA (US Veterans Administration) Hospital. He established the scientific background and later in 1985 he with Gary Seldon publicized it in their book "The Body Electric: Electromagnetism and the Foundation of Life." Becker found that direct pulsed electrical stimulation elicited the formation of Stem Cells by the bone marrow to assist healing in Vietnam war veterans whose bones would not otherwise heal / fuse.
A student of Dr. Robert O. Becker was Dr. Charles Andrew Loockerman Bassett, Columbia University, 1991 recipient of the Jacques-Arsène d'Arsonval Medal. In 1967, this medical science researcher, Dr. Andrew Bassett,[57] applied pulses via electromagnets to damaged bones, and joints of Vietnam War veterans and elicited similar if not identical results to that of his colleague, Becker. Both Dr. Becker and Dr. Bassett argued over which method more directly stimulates healing of damaged tissues.
C. Andrew L. Bassett in 1963[58]
C. Andrew L. Bassett, M.D. Dr. C. Andrew L. Bassett, professor emeritus of orthopedic surgery, died of a brain tumor Nov. 14, 1994, at his home in Bronxville, N.Y. He was 70.[58]
Dr. Bassett was director of the CPMC Orthopedic Research Laboratories from 1957 to 1986. He is credited with developing the first therapeutically successful use of non-ionizing, athermal, pulsed electromagnetic fields to heal fractured limbs. This resulted in the development of devices that hastened the healing of broken bones in humans. A device he co-designed also was used to heal the bones of injured thoroughbreds.[58]
In 1970 to 1972 heroin in China and Hong Kong was the price of a package of cigarettes. As a result, about 20% of the patients coming to receive medical care at the hospitals there were addicted to heroin. Dr. H. L. Wen, one of the Hong Kong doctors of the Tung Wa hospital, regularly applied electrical stimulation to the Qi "triple warmer" meridian points behind the ears of patients to provide anesthesia and pain killer for surgery. After such operations, addicts would report having no withdrawal symptoms, and when shooting up subsequently did not achieve a high. Dr. Wen thereby found that he could cure addicts of their addictions within a relatively short period of time (electro-acupuncture, electro-acupuncture).[59]
Since this time a host of research projects carried out by such teams as the National Institute for Mental Health; the Veteran's Administration Hospital in Palo Alto, California; MIT, Cornell University; Cal Tech (Takiji Kasamatsu); U.C. Irvine (Gary Lynch); Northwestern University (Aryeh Routtenberg); Johns Hopkins (Dr. Solomon Snyder, Professor of Psychiatry & Pharmacology); Dr. Margaret A. Patterson, MD;[60][61] and Marie Curie Cancer Memorial foundation, Surrey, England (Dr. Ifor Capel); have shown that brain electrical activity and neuro-chemical hormone function are involved in accessing deeper memory response and expanded brain function.[62]
OMNI Magazine, Volume 5, Number 4, January 1983 an Article was written by Kathleen McAuliffe, "The Black Box: Secret Drug Treatment of Rock Superstars" described how a "Brain Tuner" black box was used by Dr. Margaret A. Patterson, MD., to cure British rock star Pete Townsend of "The Who" of his addiction to heroin.
Meg Patterson had contracted Shackman Instruments, UK., to build the device for her. She along with Dr. H. L. Wen[63][64] were brought to the USA in 1981 by the Neuro-Electric Therapy (NET) Group to develop, produce, promote and sell such units by one investor and a backing financial firm, Turner Leverage Corporation.[59]
In 1983 Robert C. Beck was invited by Paul Tyler the former Chief of the Defense Nuclear Agency, Radiological Defense, then working at the US FDA as a commissioner to assist one company, The 'N.E.T. Group," with Dr. Margaret A. Patterson who was trying to patent, develop, and sell electronic brain stimulators since 1981. If the company had made use of a grandfather clause regarding TENS units, the brain stimulators could be marketed very quickly. The inventor, Meg Patterson, the three chief scientists, a couple of the financial backers, attorneys, and representatives of Turner Leveraged Corporation held a meeting with Beck to determine the best options of getting the product into the mainstream. Beck, in preparation for the meeting, brought with him a number of existing electro stimulation units that he had been collecting and studying.
Robert C. Beck performed his own research on electro-stimulation of the healing process and found that the human body has numerous very specific frequencies at which production of different endorphins, beta-endorphins, catecholamines, enkephalins, dynorphins, proteins, and stem cells were triggered.
Beck used an HP spectrum analyzer and attached it to instrumentation amplifiers that were connected to human subjects in order to measure brain wave activity both with and without external stimulation. Beck claimed that the brain appeared to have a high-Q factor of about 3000 for frequency selectivity. Via his own research and that of others, Beck determined that about 250 different frequencies were key in triggering the body to produce its own healing chemicals. Beck studied about 150 different brain wave stimulation devices, and their effects experimentally. He studied the 'executive chimp' study (involving stressed animals). He designed the Brain Tuner black box electrode device to produce these frequencies simultaneously.
Through further research on various people claiming mystical powers, Robert C. Beck found that these people for brief instances of a few seconds at a time generated brain waves in frequency between alpha and theta waves, in sympathy with the 7.83 Hertz-earth resonance frequency (see ELF, Binaural beats, Schumann resonance). He found that nearly none of people claiming mystical powers were without this phenomenon, and that the ones without it were probably faking their mystic abilities.
Beck believed that the human body and the brain in particular acted like a holographic storage of information. A hologram is generated by using the interference pattern of one laser beam that is split into two beam fields. If the laser used to generate the hologram was a Helimum-Neon (HeNe), then only that particular wavelength of HeNe laser could decipher it, whereas a carbon dioxide laser (of completely different wavelength) would produce a jumbled mess of the HeNe-produced hologram. If a holographic image plate glass is cut into pieces, each piece retains the image of the entire recorded scene. Beck believed that the brain in particular was like this because he had studied reports of war casualties who had lived where much of their brains were damaged by wounds, yet their memories of family members and events gradually returned to them.
Robert C. Beck believed that mystical people could briefly tap into the environment around them and perceive the cosmic "holographic information" of others. Beck stated that double blind studies of certain individuals by the US military had confirmed that unique people had the ability to perform remote viewing and had an ability to perceive information about papers locked away in a safe during double blind study experiments. Beck stated that key military personnel who were in decision making roles refused to believe the results, whereas others among the group were convinced that the results were authentic, and that the Soviet Union had been making use of the technology for the purposes of spying on America.
They were showing about a 7.83 hertz, almost pure coherent maybe 20 microvolt signal frontal to occipital midline. That’s between F1 and F2 in the standard nomenclature system to halfway between 01 and 02 if you’re an encephalographer. In other words the third eye … which shows whole brain alpha. Over and over again we found these frequencies in people with remarkable talents—healers, radionics operators, dousers, shamans, witch doctors, mystics, golden don, priests and priestesses— if they were authentic. One of our early cases was, well I’d better not mention the person’s name, and it’s a world famous name. But at any rate I was intrigued enough to want to discover the common denominator ... yet none of these persons would speak to the others. Kathryn Coleman thought it was the blood of the lamb that Christ had died for your sins and that’s the only way to go ... and some of the American Indian medicine men thought it was in the sacred cornmeal, the gourds and the feathers. Marnis and Leona had certain stones that were the dwelling place of the ancestral spirits. Well, Kathryn would think that was heathen and Marnis would absolutely laugh at a fellow in a barn in Lancaster County.
Because of the above set of beliefs, Robert C. Beck believed that only people having this characteristic 7.83 Hertz earth frequency brain wave synchronization could tap into the holographic information / knowledge fields projected by the cosmic background of each person in the environment.
In Bob Beck's 1983 talk about the history of CES Bob mentions that Johnson & Johnson suppressed the TENS device developed by Stimtech (and others) and that a lawsuit was won by former Stimtech owners, however, the decision was overturned by a higher court upon appeal based on the owners having volintarily (legally tricked into) selling the company to J & J.[65][66]
September-October 2006 a School of Medicine in Adana, Turkey published a paper regarding the regenerative effects of a pulsed electromagnetic field on injured peripheral nerves.[67]
In 2005, a Spanish research hospital published a study on pulsed magnetic fields on injured nerves.[68]
A study of Gamma Ionizing radiation exposure, and MRI field exposure on in-vitro Mouse C3H 10T1/2 cells showed that when mitotic cells were examined for chromosomal alterations, the frequencies of both chromosomal aberrations per cell and sister chromatid exchanges per chromosome were noticeably less after MR exposures even when compared to the unexposed control.[69]
Surgically implanted electrodes at a targeted site were used in cancer cases involving 'non-small' lung tumors in a clinical case study on 386 cancer patients in China, and the results published after 6 months.[70]
Some Japanese dental scientists studied the effects of weak electric current on oral bacteria: [71]
The ions generated by weak electric current may be used for removal of dental plaque. Also, it has been judged from changes in the viable bacterial cell count and the amount of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) in the saliva that the passage of such a current also has a bactericidal effect on the oral microflora. We confirmed in vitro that 0.5 and 1.0 mA currents that passed for 10 min through phosphate buffered saline containing salivary bacteria were effective in killing the bacteria.[71]
Colloidal silver controversy:
In the 1940s, the US FDA began its decades-long oppression of medicinal silver under the guise that it was unsafe; however, in reality, the US FDA banned silver because of the threat it poses to the antibiotics industry, rather than any threat it poses for your body.[72]
Beck believed that the Mafia or crime syndicates owned over 50% of the large pharmaceutical drug companies although Beck never elaborated what he meant by this, or how he came to believe such a thing. There was a best-seller book entitled "The Medical Mafia: How to get out of it (alive) and take back our health and wealth" by Quebec, Canada author Ghislaine Lanctot, M.D., first published in 1994, and updated in 2002. Lanctot's book is an expose of the workings of the medical field--identifying improvements in the system so that positive change can be effected. The title has a phrasing almost identical to that of Beck's published "Take back your power lecture notes - The Beck Protocol" publication where Beck's talks explain that the American public can self-experiment using Beck's Protocol on themselves to promote wellness that will enable the body's own immune system to better defeat disease, inexpensively, and with little risk of side-effects. Obviously from a diversified portfolio point of view, the pharmaceutical drug company stocks represent a non-cyclical component to anyone's holdings. M.Ds, mafia crime syndicate members, and the general public would probably own such shares. If Beck had meant "The Medical Mafia" of M.Ds., it would make sense that this wealthy group of investors would invest safely in areas of investment that they understood well.
Beck believed in the work publicized by Dr. Robert Strecker, MD., PhD Pharmacology, and that of scientific investigator, author, Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz, D.M.D., M.A., M.P.H., and forward author W. John Martin, M.D., Ph.D. Beck believed that the Blood electrification medical treatment had been suppressed by some form of conspiracy--whether or not it was "the medical mafia," or FDA, or some powerful society, no one knew for sure.
▪ These author / investigators gave item-by-item evidence that AIDS and other diseases were developed under contract by the US Government through the military, under the direction of then National Security Advisor Henry Kissinger who eventually became Secretary of State under president Richard M. Nixon. In the 1940s and 1950s Kissinger was part of the US government sponsored effort to recruit Nazi scientists (Operation Paperclip) during and post WW2 for all fields of endeavor. Kissinger was tasked with identifying and offering bio-warfare scientists a $65,000 salary (at a time when salaries averaged $1200 /yr.) to come to the USA to contribute efforts to the US defense system. Believing themselves behind the Russions during the cold war period Kissinger asked if immune system-suppressive / ravaging viruses could be investigated in regard to the US Biological Warfare division of the armed forces.[73] In the mid-1960s the former Nazi germ warfare scientists were gathered, funding of US$10 million was appropriated, and a corporate bio-warfare lab, Litton Bionetics, Inc.[74] was contracted to perform the investigation. Kissinger now regularly attends meetings of the powerful Bilderberg group. This Bilderberg group was started by rulers in Europe and has been linked to population-control theories involving "applied demographics" population control methods.
▪ The US Fort Detrict, Fredrick, Maryland was a Bio Weapons testing lab for HIV-like diseases, and cancer causing viruses ostensibly to develop the viruses and find agents to cure them. In his January 1971 State of the Union address, President Nixon made a special request for an additional $100 million to be added to the Nation Cancer Institute budget for cancer research.[75] On October 19, 1971 President Richard M. Nixon's helicopter touched down on Fort Detrick's parade field.[76] During the photo-op Nixon converted the Army's Fort Detrick, Maryland, biological warfare facility to a cancer research center.[75] The resulting Frederick Cancer Research and Development Center eventually became an internationally recognized laboratory for cancer and AIDS research.[75]
▪ Prior to Adolph Hitler's march on Europe, a movement involving US industrialists put forward the idea that world population control ('depopulation' or 'applied demographics') would be in their interests. In March 1924 Hitler's book Mine Kampf Volume II cited scientific studies sponsored by the US industrialists that Jews, Blacks, and other groups were genetically inferior (and therefore ought to be the targets of 'depopulation' efforts).
▪ The previously mentioned authors give the names of Rockefeller Foundation, Chase Bank, Sloan Foundation, Merck, Sharp & Dohme (MSD), Ford, Mellon, DuPont, Prescott Bush, Shell, and others in this US industrialist group. Margaret Sanger, Planned Parenthood, and eugenics seem to be intertwined. The powerful Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) seems also implicated. On November 6, 2004, Dr. Stanley Monteith presented a frightening lecture entitled "None dare call it genocide" that supposedly outlined the workings of these various entities referring to the research work of Dr. Strecker and Dr. Len Horowitz.[77] Mentioned somewhere is that President Clinton (CFR member) pardoned Dr. Robert Gallo (a person connected with Litton Bionetics and development of the HIV AIDS virus) for crimes involving his scientific fraud / misconduct in stealing the discovery of the HIV AIDS virus from scientists at the Pasture Institute. Dr. Stanley Monteith points to the Georgia Guidestones erected in 1980 as evidence that a secret society may be at work trying to lower the human population by various hidden methods.[78]
▪ Dr. Stanley Monteith explains in other publications and video talks[79] that the tax-exempt charitable endowment foundations have shaped the education system in America by influencing heavily how history, medicine and other subjects are taught since the early 1900s. The Flexner report is just one example. The Rockefeller Foundation, the Carnegie Foundation, the Ford Foundation and so on were founded on decent ideals, however, Monteith and others explain that the trustees of the funds have / had hidden agendas dictated by secret societies. The various foundations guide how hand-picked high-potential individuals are recruited at a young age, set on the paths layed out for them (twenty history PhD candidates, for example were sent to England to receive 'instructions'), and then funded. Should these individuals stray from the prescribed path by endangering the hidden goals of the foundations, those individuals are de-funded, and are often shunned from further research, publishing and related jobs elsewhere. Monteith believed in the research performed by Congressman Mr. Carol Reece (Rep.), investigator Norman Dodd,[80] and detailed in the 1958 book "Foundations: Their power and influence" by Rene A. Wormser about the 1953-54 Reece congressional committee that investigated these tax-exempt charitable endowment foundations. It was well established that these foundations were instrumental in bringing Marxist communism to China, but it was not known why they had done this. It was discovered that some of the foundations wanted more rapid progress towards 'a new world order.' The 'teachings of Plato'[81] were supposedly used that told the story of one ruler who came to power by fighting off a threatening enemy--He was well loved by the people he saved--until there was nobody threatening them anymore. So the ruler artificially stirred up trouble with another neighboring ruler to start another war in order to keep the threat level high, and hence his popularity similarly high. The wars decreased the population, and brought about rapid changes in the lives of the people, and the kingdom grew. This has been likened to the way that the Vietnam / Indo-China war was started by a news item from Honolulu, Hawaii,[81] where it was falsely stated that North Vietnamese P.T. boats were attacking an American destroyer in the Sea of Tonkin. American planes and gun boats were sent in to remedy the situation--thus actually starting the conflict. In WW2 some theorize that Pearl Harbor[81] was brought on by American Industrialists to draw the USA into the War so that arms manufacturers could make more money. WW1 had some suspicious communications happening from some foundation members who did not want the war to end too quickly (for whatever reasons).[81] The Iraq conflict of 1992 started after an Kuwaiti girl testified that soldiers came into the hospital she was in and threw new born babies out of the neonatal incubators. The girl who wished to remain anonymous for fear of persecution actually was uncovered by the CBC TV network as the Kuwaiti Ambassador to the USA's daughter.[81] The entire premise for George H. W. Bush going to war with Iraq to protect the Kuwaiti people was staged. Recently, President George W. Bush during the September 11th, 2001 terror attacks claimed to have just watched on TV the first plane crash into the Trade Center Towers prior to entering the elementary school classroom to read books to the children, however, the footage from the documentary French film crew that had filmed the first plane crashing into the first tower had not been released to CNN until the following day. It was recorded on TV when an aid to the President comes up to him while he is reading books in the class to whisper that a second plane has just crashed into the other Trade Center tower. Bush says "I watched the first plane crash on TV--there was a TV I guess in the hallway there that someone had on. When the first one crashed into the tower, I thought it must have been a very bad pilot," and so supposedly did not interrupt his photo-op with the book reading with the school children until after the second plane had struck the other tower.[81] From the war on terror that began initially with Afghanistan, the conflict spread to Iraq somehow, when Iraq was not then involved with Al-Queda, or spreading terrorism, and intelligence reports had the Iraqis with mobile biological weapons factories being moved from place to place. It turns out that the only weapons found were nerve gas precursors provided to Saddam Hussein by the USA in the late 1970s early 80s. The result of the latest Iraq war was a lot of bombs being dropped, a lot of oil field equipment having to be rebuilt, and the infrastructure of Iraq having to be rebuilt. Many of the oil field contracts were handled by Haliburton, Vice President Dick Cheney's former company. Other arms contracts were held by companies where board members where former cabinet members. Control of Iraq's oil supply being sold is now in the hands of US interests rather than the new Iraq regime so that reparations can be paid back to US firms for the recovery work done on the oil fields and rebuilding the Iraqis infrastructure.
▪ Sloan-Kettering is a well-known cancer research and treatment hospital.
▪ In 1987 a World Health Organization (WHO) advisor admitted, "Now I believe the smallpox vaccine theory is the explanation for the explosion of African AIDS." Dr. Robert Gallo, MD., added, "The link between the WHO program and the epidemic is an interesting and important hypothesis."[82]
▪ MSD, according to Strecker, funded the hepatitis B vaccine research to spread HIV to homosexuals in America.
▪ The paper[83] reported that, indeed, the homosexual hepatitis B vaccine study had been supported "by a grant from the Department of Virus and Cell Biology of Merck, Sharp and Dohme Research Laboratories, West Point, PA." The "National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, of the U.S. Public Health Services' National Institutes of Health" also provided grant money for the project. The Hep B vaccine was developed by Saul Krugman who intentionally infected mentally retarded children with Hep B in the mid 1960s.
According to alternative medicine web sites, Bob Beck was being harassed by the AMA and FDA about his "Beck Protocol" as to Beck having undertaken to practice medicine without a license, but Bob successfully avoided several entrapment sting operations set up by these organizations, and then became slightly more reclusive to avoid such agents. [84]
According to Bob Beck in his Ventura College Lecture, Bob was bloodied and brused by persons at an airport who he believed to be connected to GlaxoSmithKline. [2]
The Rockefeller Foundation, the Carnegie Foundation, and the privately held US AMA Inc. commissioned the Flexner Report completed in 1910. This key report was used to close down all medical schools that involved any form of bioelectric treatment study or to have such schools or universities cease all such activities. By the mid 1930s, all non-conforming medical schools were closed. This enforced AMA policy was prejudice as no scientific basis was available for such a determination or outcome. Of thousands of medical schools only about 52 remain. That electromagnetic therapy is generally opposed by the allopathic medical establishment may be traced to this. Support for any R & D of electromagnetic treatment of diseases has resulted in the AMA-controlled state medical boards threatening to have any such M.D.s with losing their membership in the AMA, thereby losing their licences to practice medicine (permanent job loss). (See Royal Rife "Claims of government cover-up" section)
One of the cited videos states:
When a US medical school trains its medical interns, they keep them on duty shifts of 36-hours ostensibly to provide a patient with a continuity of medical care. However, under sleep-deprived conditions, the human mind is highly subject to "mind control." Typically when a US M.D. graduates from medical school, they are in substantial debt for student loans. At their disposal is a pen and a prescription pad. Prescriptions lead to refill doctor's office visits.
These factors identify possible reasons why the pharmecuitical drug companies have what the video claimed was undue influence over what such physicians, and hence, the AMA act, think, and believe.
